There are two ways to reset or change your password for the TipHaus Employee App. We have outlined these two options for you down below!

Step 1: Go to https://my.tiphaus.com/login

Step 2: Tap on "Forgot Password" below the Login button.

Step 3. Enter your email address.

Step 4. You will receive an email from alerts@tiphaus.com with the subject line: Reset Password Notification. (Check your SPAM Folder)

Step 5: Open this email and click the "Reset Password" button.

Step 6: You'll be taken to a new screen that will give you the ability to enter your new password.

Step 1: In the Employee App go to the Profile tab by tapping on the Profile icon.

Step 2: Tap on the "Change Password" button.

Step 3: Enter your email address and tap "Send Password Reset Link".

Step 4: You will receive an email from alerts@tiphaus.com with the subject line: Reset Password Notification. (Check your SPAM Folder)

Step 5: Open this email and click the "Reset Password" button.

Step 6: You'll be taken to a new screen that will give you the ability to enter your new password.
