Please follow the instructions in order to receive information on your username:
You'll need to open the Hausmoney App and tap on “I have an account”
Then tap on Forgot Username
To recover your username you will need to submit the following information:
Email
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Last 4 of your Social Security Number
Once you have submitted the information that matches our records you'll receive an email with a link to recover your username.
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions:
If you need to change your password you can tap Forgot Password on the login screen -- it will prompt you for your USERNAME --> it should send you an email with a code --> use that code and enter it in the app and you should be able to reset your password, log in, and pick up where you left off!
FRIENDLY TIP: Once you log into your Hausmoney app, if you don't want to have to remember your login credentials again, just go to your profile settings and enable Fingerprint/Face ID; we can use biometrics to log you into the app!
