We think that the TipHaus Employee App is pretty cool and we find that many tip-earners, like you, are using it every day to evaluate how their previous day's activity shaped their tip earnings. Plus, having access to the Employee App gives you the ability to sign up for the Earned Tip Access Program - this basically allows you to get your tips paid before payroll!
A few things before you get started:
To register for the app, you have to be currently employed at a company that uses TipHaus to calculate tips.
To register for the Employee App, you will need to know what email address your company has for you in their POS system. You will use this email address to register.
Let's get you going with registering for the TipHaus Employee App.
Go to my.tiphaus.com
Tap on "Register"
Enter your email address in "Employee Email Address" - Tap "Submit"
TIP: Remember, this should be the email address your employer has already in their POS system for you!You'll receive an email from TipHaus
TIP: The email comes from the email address "[email protected]", so please check your SPAM folder.Open the email - Tap "Register Account".
You'll be taken to a new screen to create a password.

ADDITIONAL HELPFUL POINTERS:
If you are having a difficult time registering, you should first check with your manager to confirm the email they are trying to register with is the same email address in the POS. Why? Because the TipHaus Platform integrates with the POS at the restaurant, we pull all employee email addresses from the POS.
If you are wanting a different email to be used when registering for the Employee App, you will need to work directly with your manager to get that email address updated in the TipHaus Platform. Point them here to do that.
We sometimes find employees who have worked at different restaurants that have used TipHaus. Kind of neat, but it does create a tad bit of a problem when you are wanting to register to use the Employee App with the same email address that was used at two different restaurants. In that scenario, you will need to use a different email address to register for the Employee App.
