When you sign up for HausDirect you basically establish a debit card you prefer to receive your tips with Tiphaus. We, in turn, use that debit card to deposit your tip earnings whenever your employer issues a payout.

With HausDirect there are fees to receive your tip earnings. The fee is referenced as a Payout Fee.
How This Fee Is Applied.
Each time your employer issues your tip payout, you'll be charged a fee. (Depending on who you work for, some employers will assume some of the Payout Fee cost as an added benefit to you!)
How Much Is The Payout Fee?
This depends on whether your employer is covering some of the Payout Fee cost. The way to understand how much each Payout Fee will be for you, specifically, is to ask your Manager.
